These videos have been produced in collaboration with Perth Sports Physio to help you with your shoulder rehabilitation. You should be doing these exercises 3-5 times a day. You should do 1-2 circuits each time.
Timelines for their use are suggested below. These are a guide only. If you are not yet comfortable with a phase, do not advance until you have mastered it.
Similarly, if you are finding the phase too ease, you can advance to the next phase.
Phase 1: 0-2 weeks
Phase 2: 2-6 weeks
Phase 3: 6-8 weeks
Phase 4: >8 weeks (Not before 6 weeks)
